Privacy policy

Last updated: October 2026.

Who we are

Theory Mock (theorymock.co.uk) provides free UK driving theory test practice. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site.

Information we collect

Cookies and similar technologies

We use Google Analytics (G-BXB0R5NC84) to measure traffic. In production we may show Google AdSense adverts. These services may set cookies or use device identifiers to deliver and measure ads, including personalised advertising where allowed by your settings.

You can manage Google ad personalisation at Google Ads Settings. For broader cookie controls, see aboutcookies.org.

Legal bases (UK GDPR)

We process contact data to respond to enquiries (legitimate interests / steps at your request). Analytics and advertising rely on your consent where required, or legitimate interests in operating and funding a free practice site, balanced against your rights.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Analytics and ads are provided by Google (Alphabet). Their policies apply to data they process: Google Privacy Policy.

Retention

Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry. Analytics data is retained according to Google’s default retention settings in our Analytics property.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal data we hold about you, or object to certain processing. Contact us at [email protected]. You may complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk) if you are unhappy with our response.

Children

The site is aimed at learner drivers who are typically 17 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy when our tools or legal requirements change. The date above will change.
